We fund the research and the French government subsidises that research with Let to the tune of 60% that is paid back i think in folowing quarters or half yearly.
There is a licensing structure that has been linked here before and i am sure you can find it going back through WBT market ann a long way but it was multiple years out from now start date for payments and not much at all honestly that they get comparative to the income WBT can earn in this market space.
