It's possible the SP has retracted or not yet enticed more buying support is because Biden's Skywater infrastructure deal has yet to pass the US House of Reps, it passed the Senate with bipartisan support ok. But AFAIK the deal is lumped into a larger deal, that is being debated by Democrats who seem to be squabbling a bit, but is due to be passed before Christmas. I could be wrong just a suggestion, somebody else might know more.
