What is clear is that WBT have followed the processes correctly as you would expect from a professional company .
They would not wish to make price sensitive announcements during the raising and finalising the SPP.
Other announcements raised have just been informative eg filing patents, Appendix 3G etc.
Everyone has had a chance to move and shake in the market during this time --buy down to $1.76 take profits up to $2.12.
From tomorrow onwards the coast is clear for WBT to enact their next strategic move without being seen to influence market activity unnecessarily.
WBT are now set to go forward and faster--a vitally important factor in this so called "arm"s race"
