I won't even bother to go into how wrong you are about the sustainability/justifiability of the current SP except to say that you self-evidently need to DYOR.

The following extract (Pg 12) would be relevant to WBT. Apart from the bid price (which could easily be fixed tomorrow with a 1 for 2 consolidation), can you please identify the requirements with which WBT currently fails to comply?
