Carbonate reservoirs can be incredibly prolific or not.
When they are not mindboggling prolific, it is often difficult to assess the quality of the reservoir as the drilling mud often invades deeply into the limited pore space (place where the oil is ) and wireline devices are not suitable for recovering the mud that has gone into the rock.

I guess the message form Buru is that the reservoir is not mindbogglingly prolific, but does hold some oil, and more work will be required to assess the significance
