Ron , There will certainly be cost over-runs here. The 'principal' contract is 'turnkey' however secondary service providers will be on day rates and it should be added that from Co announcements the $6m contract price appears to be based on DHC basis and does not allow for completion costs (another 30 days at least) in the event of any shows.
Robust debate is what this site is all about , 'one line rampers' are all too common but never seem to back their conviction with 'I bought more today' disclosures as they appear unable to put their money where their mouths are!
Having said all that , I sincerely hope the risk here is rewarded for holders , and please keep up the debate!! DYOR
