Finally got rid of this turkey. Bought into BFG after tuning into their AGM today and being suitably impressed with their current performance despite the adverse conditions. Plenty of potential upside to their share price after the market gets going and their yield is better than ALF's despite the fact that ALF has squandered around 40% of my original capital. With the buy-back money a while back I got some GEAR, an ETF hedge fund that's geared to the upside and performs very well in a rising market. Hopefully I'll make up the ALF losses over the next couple of years. Best of luck to those who still hold and may you make wise decisions.
