It’s been an underperforming trust (LIC) for approximately 4 years and mainly due to incompetence and inefficiency rather than any impropriety. Justin Braitling has been the CIO who has managed to mis-time every opportunity to make money over years and has mis-timed and mis-picked the shorts which almost equaled the longs. Don’t even bother looking at it for a possible pick, as the way things are going, ALF will be wound up early in the new year.
