I am starting to feel really concerned with the use of management making fair value assessments of their assets... they could be very easily using the process to inflate asset values and make the business look in better shape than it is.
That and the fact that the current distribution is only tax deferred (reduction in your original equity holding)... yet being promoted as a "yield"... I am very interested in this business, but I fear that smoke might be starting to blow.
