Nothing has changed with NTA still at 60 cents and share price at 27 cents - despite the last year seeing property sales of $80 mill, bank loan repayments of $50 mill, management fees and disposal costs of $11 million and 250 daily buy-back announcements. Grateful I did make the move - but sadness that long term holders have seen no change except a couple of one cent dividends. Must be a lesson there somewhere.
