I always take the lower of the pre and post tax NTA. Pre tax is higher because they have tax credits which can be used for Franking credits etc and to write of gains without paying tax. The post tax and NTA is down to 10%, and that’s not much ! Have a look at GC1 for a fairly wide gap btw SP and NTA. There is no good discount as a rule, WAM has close to a 30% premium, thats not good either ! Depends on the reputation and results of the manager. Ref LSF and RF1 as examples also.
