There is likely recent buyers who have opted out of the DRP and will forget to opt back in if it trades at a premium, miss out on getting shares at a discount and get screwed on the other side.
I agree with others posts on here that they should fix up the DRP policy, so that it protects shareholders and keeps it fair.
I don't think it's a reasonable expectation for a long term holder of a fund to have to continuasly monitor it themselves.
