Or better still, close the fund and distribute the circa 90c - $1.00 proceeds to investors. They've had enough time to prove that management is not capable of market outperformance. The ARQ investment has been a disaster, and to stubbornly hold on in hope is not an attribute I'd expect of a professional investor.
