You seem really conflicted on this stock, Pete.
Not really a good start.
Lots of closed funds sit in the 10-20% discount perennially. That includes well known and high performance funds.
People will stay away until there is some clarity around inflation and interest rates.
I would say you only buy into a closed fund when it is trading at a discount... especially in Australia where the market is dying for these type of fund structures.
Low cost ETFs are killing the active funds industry.
New investors aren't buying LICs they are buying Vanguard ETFs and paying .004%
