Most likely it is that many investors have jumped into the latest fads and dont realise they could now be buying into a fund (or funds) of safe assets paying out most of the dividends (ie, less a small admin fee) and getting its dividends at a 10% plus discount. The same applies to ARG, AFI, BKI, AUI, DUI and probably more.
Just be wary of the funds that are operating for the main benefit of their directors through fees etc.
