LIC's generally trade at a discount (market dependant). There is a fee impost on the management of the LIC 1.5% PA and also a liquidity risk priced in (ability to turn positions into cash).
In a frothy market, we may get back to NTA or even trade at a premium. Timeframe ???
I do think this LIC has done really well considering what has gone on and I love the fact the management fees are all donated to great causes. Some really great minds picking the stocks and that has shown with the performance.
