I agree, this structure makes a lot of sense, and it is one of the most "prestigious" LICs out there so the top managers will want to be involved. I like their Spotify investment especially and no performance fees and the base fees all going to medical research and charity.
Importantly, they have a dedicated CIO who knows what they are doing which is very important.
