HM1 appears good atm. For the last week, the NTA held firm despite markets being down for the week. The NTA may have stabilised. Yet, there were more sellers than buyers.
There is huge potential SP upside due to the ever-widening NTA-SP gap which is now at a discount of 65 cents. During the last three weeks, NTA has fallen 8 cents from $3.01 to $2.93, whereas the SP has fallen 32 cents from $2.60 to $2.28 (currently).
If markets continue to rally throughout this week, then next Monday's NTA announcement might show another rise. Will the SP be higher or lower? Will there still be more sellers than buyers?
