    There was literally a response from CVF about that in their latest strategic review announcement.
    While we don't have much information yet, they sort of admitted that they are actively looking for investment positions as their cash levels are too high.

    IMO, solid buy leading up to ex-div date and beyond with the ambitious buy-back plans around $1 level.
