Yep, I was waiting to see how most active managers performed during a market collapse. I have to say I have been extremely disappointed with most of my holdings, including LSF, RF1, WGB etc. But VGI have really proven their worth. I will be topping up and selling out of other funds.
To be honest, their recent performance before the crash, was a bit disappointing. But, they certainly have positioned well during this crash. I just hope they don't jump in too early as I feel there is more pain to come.
The last couple of days seem very ominous... dead cat bouncing all over the place.
Definitely should not be trading at a discount, but that's the nature of closed funds at the moment. People generally hate them... I guess you can think LSF for that.
