peejay, I expect you're quite right supporting WIC - it's difficult to understand how some LIC's trade well above NTA but not WIC - just look at e.g. WAX & WAM - if Wilson's can market their LIC's above NTA with complementary Div's - surely a number of the below NTA LIC's deserve re-rating!
