Dr Phil will be highely incentivised for RL to outperform as this will reflect well on the combo managemt co aka vikingregal co. There should be sharing of smarts in the vgi investment process which shud be interesting given egos of both parties. But it could grind higher over long term as RL will have true peer support over lattes at manly and not have to deal with HR issues and any crap that diverts him from his true calling of making money and lots of it.
