I'm not sure if you folks have been following the reporting season for our known long positions. Amazon reports after market close in about 30 mins. All others have been quite good. Mastercard surprised to the upside given government handouts are diminishing and inflation going up. Many financials have sold off and I feel this is a good space currently. Higher inflation means you got to borrow and get it done today as tomorrow more expensive. The US central bank should stop testing the waters with rhetoric and get on with it.
Im currently in NZ with wife doing some biking and walking trials around Queenstown. What a beatiful place! I have no access to my spreadsheet to second guess this week's VG1 performance but I would think it flat to positive. I've a good feeling but it might be related to the view from Ben Lomand over Queenstown, lake Wakatipu to the Remarkables we had yesterday.
