Prior to the merger and the questioning of RL by McComas et al at the AGM, VGI enjoyed a pretty nice ride in the Aus press. It's evident (at least to me) that there were more issues for much longer than anyone bothered to properly look into. The merger hasn't addressed performance related issues and maybe its time there was a bit more light shone on the situation so something changes.
