There were 68,979,453 listed (EAIO) options originally issued @ a strike price of $1.00 
                                                                                             
Up until 31/01/2019 only 4,499,097 have been converted.

There is only 28 days to go until the options expire and with the share price lagging under $1.00 it seems they may expire worthless. 
I'm assuming the options were gifted to the original holders of the fund, hopefully they can rally the share price to get them over the line and potentially inject up to 64M into the fund with very little dilution.
