whichever is the lesser amount. The pre tax NTA is most often the higher (with tax to be taken out) which then gives the post tax NTA which is less. Sometimes however there are tax credits accumulated from losses which makes the pre tax NTA lower than the post tax NTA. Go to CDM and see their latest monthly report for an example.
