You were predicting $2.40 on IVZ but the troops are predicting a current fall from 7 cent region to around 3 cents as they are required to raise huge amounts of capital but the zimbabwe government has not bothered signing an agreement in 4 years to attract any substantial capital to raise capital and now the government knows IVZ broke and with lease renewal in a few months obviously the government will be looking for a company with money to complete the project and IVZ confirmed they are unable to raise capital.
