Hi @Feral54 a quick plug on Nilde for your further research;

Nilde is a previously producing oil field offshore Sicily, with about 3 producer wells that were producing about 10,000 bopd per well of about 38 API oil. The field was shut-in prematurely in the 1980's with a collapse in oil price at the time. When shut in, it was producing around 22,000 bopd via FPSO. It has about 33 mmboe left of reserves.ADX (100%) have for many years trying to ratify a permit with the Italians that contains the oil field. When things looked promising in 2018, the green-left govt at the time imposed a moritorium on O&G exploration due to the ESG winds sweeping Europe in that decade.

Fast forward a few years, Russia has invaded Ukraine and Europe can no longer rely entirely on Russia. A different govt is now in power in Italy, more sympathetic to oil development, and have only recently given a glimmer of hope to ratify the permit (albeit with gas only prospects but the hope is still there for Nilde).

Its something in the bottom drawer but I tend to look out in the quarterlies for any progress (the most recent of which provided the first update in years)
