Probably Russia. I remember reading somewhere that Russia was pushing the Greens along in Germany. Shutting those nuclear reactors down was an absolute gift to Russia and an own goal for GHG reductions. So what I need to do is buy more ADX, ensure that Austrian govt is aware of Hazer (HZR) so they can put the ADX methane into Hazer process, extract even more energy from said methane than gas fired generator bu using hydrogen fuel cells, and be net positive on carbon from the graphite. Win Win Win!!!! I bought in at 22c today. Gotta be part of the action.
