Yeah I can't see this pulling back much you've now got a massive value added to their leases in Austria and why not it's primo land with a two company duopoly the last 75 years. There's a couple follow on gas prospects in the 100-200bcf.
Like it's said in real estate location location location.
ADX is in the prime location for selling gas anywhere in the world Europe lol start of a massive re-rate imo.
