They did extend. To me that shows that they do not have alternatives (internal cash flow or other 3rd parties) for financing the 2nd half of the well costs.

When the company's market cap get to be above sum of funds raised over the decades, and profits (let alone dividends) for shareholders are more than management compensation, I could reassess my view that management has no discernible and continuous direction (strategy to some)
