    I will do some more reading about the EIA/permitting but I would expect the EIA would need to also include impacts from development, so my thought is that the findings from this project would feed into the EIA.

    Finalisation of the permitting process would then follow. If that is the sequence of events and dependencies, I see significant delays.

    I am just trying to reason this out. I continue to hold, so hopefully I am wrong.
