Something like this happened with RMS a couple of weeks ago.
We had a good announcement, everybody posting at HotCopper site was elated and lots of us bought up big.
Then nothing happened until a couple of newsletters recommended it and it went up by about 40%. So I think this could happen here- lots of small investors don't think for themselves = so there's a bit of a delay.
