small correction. The article does mention tariff at the bottom, basically in relation to the 8 % renewable target at Federal level (ie grid price plus US$3.30/MWh). However it mentions a further supplement from the Province outlined in Law 2596. This turns out to be AR$0.003/kWh for up to 15 years, or less than US$1/MWh, so still not there.
