But past reputations don't determine what's below.
So, I was just really surprised they made this announcement without waiting for some facts from the DST. It makes it a nothing announcement, factually, that promises a lot of hope and gets buyers in.
Why do this?
There are still huge risks, but as I said, I hope it comes up trumps, and if so will likely join the register (in my small way).
