    Drover ownership resolved for US$5m / AUD 1.4cps. So...

    You can now buy Wellard at 5.5cps and it will have cash of 4.3cps post settlement of the Ute sale this month.

    Capital return of 2cps in a couple of months = net entry price of 2.5cps v. remaining cash of 2.3cps. Cash likely to increase because Drover is booked out for FY25.

    Drover is in the books for only US$18.5m - only 1.5x the recent sales price of Ute. Drover is 3-4x the scale and 10 years younger. BV is only 5cps - could be worth more than 2x?
