in current market condition, Wellard can not make full use of its capacity.
Maybe the same condition will apply to 2018 financial year.
This will cause a loss to company, making it looks bad to company performance and hard to negotiate with bank for finance. For example, might cause issue to bring in Keplier which is planed to deliver in 2019. And Wellard already paid almost $10M for it.
So I think sell outlook at this point is appropriate.
Also,
China market development is slow but in progress.
and if market turns better as predicted in 2018, 2019 2020, when new ship Keplier will join the fleet in 2019, it will bring benefits to the company.
Hopefully China feed cattle market will open as well that time.
