Ann: Wellard to sell M/V Ocean Outback for A$34.9M, page-13

A sale of at least one of its fleet was well flagged in the recent cap raise~ this should come as no surprise to larger holders, but may spook some retail.

The Outback and its sister, the Swagman, are on the smaller size ~ 6000 cattle, so while it is far from ideal selling to a competitor, it's better than having to give up one of the bigger ships and further bolsters the balance sheet.

From memory, both the sister ships were being shopped around last year at around 80 million for both, though I cannot recall if this was usd or aud.
