    debt to equity will be in the high 40s% range but it will decline back to 30s% range when EBITDA goes up.

    china facilities wont cost much to build, guidance was around $15m initial only(prospectus) or so
    there might be pre-export in Portland as well costing around that too.

    upside is access to a huge market in itself, probably higher potentially than current business long term.
