my biggest issue is the sell down before the announcement, they clarified the Japan issue which would have resulted in many buying in, when they (and others it seems) knew that a downgrade was coming. Shocking

They are not able to split the profit from the shipment between 2016 FY and 2017FY according to their wishes. They have the accounting principle need to be complied with.

Yes, there is a problem with the big selling before the annoucement. The sellers are able to access to the insider information. We are the last one to know.
