yes, because we can sure third downgrade will coming in next few days because of Ocean Shearer delay. It is no way She can finish shipment within 2 weeks. I think management must know it as well, they just are not willing to disclose what happen in Brazil. Ocean Shearer has been at Brazil for 3 weeks, but Staff just sleeping on board and do nothing. Also, Ocean Swagman has been at Brazil for 6 days but also not loading yet.
I have to say it must be something wrong in Brazil, it might be sourcing problem or quarantine problem.
