    This seems like a fair deal for all involved. I think Innocean will be pleased and I will happily accept $6.70 plus 21 cents in dividends. The company is a bit undervalued IMO as it's been a solid performer and good dividend payer. What to buy with my proceeds? Any suggestions? I like RXP
