While the deal is excellent for WLL, I am very sad to say goodbye to such a solid long term outperforming investment. In this market it's increasingly difficult to find good value companies with growing dividends - especially ones with fully franked credits.
RXP is indeed promising, but despite solid performance and good news over the last year or so the market is still not convinced. I am an RXP holder as well by the way, but I wouldn't be rushing to add more. Currently researching NHC and API for dividend plays but not that happy with current entry point for the latter.
