I think the company reserves the right to take more or less than the $3m. I’m starting to think the SPP is a gesture to shareholders to be part of the raise and not just rely on a big line of credit. It’s a nice touch and shows they care about the shareholders interests. Agree this will move post SPP to more reflect intrinsic value which is at higher levels than where we are right now.
