If a whole bunch of Shareholders forget about converting in 2 years time, do these Loyalty Options automatically sit with CPS Capital due to CPS Capital Underwriting the Loyalty Offer?
Or are CPS Capital only Underwriting the issue of the Options and not the Potential Conversion?

They should only get paid for underwriting the deal. Cash now.
The options are a future conversion that has nothing to do with this deal.
