Sub underwriter will be another soph investor or large holder. Hmmm. As the team did not get there fill due to the fact they do not like putting their hand in the pocket this seems a very good opportunity to pick up stock for almost nothing.
Can't see why anyone will not take the chance at .001 it's a good lunch forgone.
