Dual listing means thy have better exposure to UK capital markets...so they can raise more cash via equity...which they may have to do pretty soon as theres some bond thingies maturing and a bit more money to shovel over to the pain merchants. We're still waiting for the mary jane to hit the streets, that was meant to be a game changer and apparently is one of the reasons they gobbled, (and almost choked on), pain away.
