I did say earlier that I thought this was a fait accompli and they had stitched up the deal already. I have second thoughts about that.
SOL may well have sold their holding to WES for a $1.38 a share, and I expect they didnt lose a shekel on the deal. That is a risk WES is taking. WES have 19% BUT the general public own close to 59% so it might be in play for a while yet.
And I am sure SOL dont have anyone on the board to push their weight around.
