It wouldn't surprise me. WES would have much larger pockets than LYC.
If the wheels can start rolling fairly quickly and WES are that interested, I think an increase offer will be on the cards.
LYC management (for me) have come across as being very confident with their plans by pretty much out-rightly dismissing the WES offer. LYC won't be bullied by the big kids and I think that should give LYC holders a fair bit of confidence that we'll keep progressing in the right direction.
