Condition:
ensuring that relevant operating licences in Malaysia are in force and will remain in force for a satisfactory period following completion of the transaction;
well, if Lynas have already ensured the operating licence will remain in force, the SP will be over $3 where it was before the election.
So the offer is a total croc and they will have to think again
